‘Tech Billionaires Accused of...Working to Implement Corporate Dictatorship’

Futurism Analyzes The Nerd Reich

“In a world increasingly ruled by tech companies, some of the industry’s most powerful figures appear to be quietly drafting blueprints for the near future. There's just one catch: it may or may not be a democratic one.”

Joe Wilkins at Futurism, a publication focused on science and technology, did an interesting analysis of my work in a piece headlined “Tech Billionaires Accused of Quietly Working to Implement Corporate Dictatorship.”

Tech Billionaires Accused of Quietly Working to Implement “Corporate Dictatorship”
A consortium of the world’s most powerful moguls are plotting to rule the world by oligopoly, according to tech industry analyst Gil Duran.

The piece has over 41,000 upvotes on Reddit, where many readers take issue with the headline’s use of the word “quietly.”

I agree that these guys aren’t being quiet. The point of my work has been to show how they are constantly expressing their extreme political ideas out loud.

However, in defense of the headline, the silence of establishment media and political figures has allowed these men to operate openly but stealthily. Most people have no idea about any of this stuff.

But that is starting to change.

Some readers have pointed out that the previous link to my talk at San Francisco's Commonwealth had become defunct. Here's a new link to the video, which has 11,000 views so far.

Other readers have pointed out that my talk with Heather Cox Richardson has disappeared from Facebook. I am not sure what’s going on with that (Facebook has a history of blocking my stuff) but you can click here to watch it on YouTube.
